Op zestien jarige leeftijd behaalde Myriam de eerste plaats op het Festival van het Libanese lied, georganiseerd door UNESCO. In 2003 bracht ze haar eerste album uit.In 2008 werd ze na haar optreden tijdens een concert in Koeweit uitgeroepen tot de “Koningin van het Podium”. Ze werkte o.a. samen met de bekende Egyptische zanger Mohammed Mounir. Vrijdag 2 oktober 2026 staat ze gepland in het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
This time, I’m turning the spotlight on the Lebanese singer and actress Myriam Fares. At the age of sixteen, Myriam won first place at the Lebanese Song Festival, organized by UNESCO. In 2003, she released her debut album. In 2008, following her performance at a concert in Kuwait, she was named the “Queen of the Stage.” She has collaborated with, among others, the renowned Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir. On Friday, October 2, 2026, she is scheduled to perform at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
